Happy Mother’s Day

It’s funny how days like Mother’s Day and my birthday change once you actually have a house and kids.  For the past two years, my birthday plans for rest and relaxation were thwarted by huge snowstorms. And this Mother’s Day, was very nice, but still followed the same weekend routine as all the others. There were meals to be had, games to be played, diapers to be changed and yard work to be done. M slept until 6:30 a.m. (after waking up briefly at 5:00 a.m.) so that was like a gift in itself. And hopefully, tomorrow, I’ll be blogging from my new iPhone (thanks Honey).
